This stamp was re-issued on 21st January 2003 in sheets of 20 (LS11) in lithography by Questa. Identifiable by not having the 2 elliptical holes either side and have a phosphor band on the left and right.

With label, comes from LS11, 3rd column, 1st row

VERY FINE USED. Where the stamp(s) show no signs of thins, tears, creases, reasonable length perforations and are perfectly flat. Cancellations are either part Circular Date Stamps (CDS), wavy lines or light cancellations where the design of the set has not been obliterated.
